shipping policy
Simply Ejibola ships within Canada, USA, UK and Nigeria. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Simply Ejibola’s customer service or using the contact form on Simply Ejibola’s website within 30 days from receiving the goods (www.SimplyEjibola.com/contacts), provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods back to Simply Ejibola. Kindly note that items marked as ‘Final Sale’, "Clearance" will be excluded from our normal return policy and will NOT be eligible to be returned or exchanged.
In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Simply Ejibola either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued Simply Ejibola has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Simply Ejibola will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase within 30 days of receiving your item for a full refund (Sales and Clearance items not included). The products must be unused and in original condition – i.e., in original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. We will refund your product(s) for its full value to the account originally used when making your purchase. To ensure that you will receive the desired product as fast as possible, you can order the new item at your own convenience.
Additionally, the offer of any product(s) purchased during a campaign period will still be honored should you wish to receive another item instead. However, your new order must be placed within 30 days of the original order’s date-of-purchase for the same promotion to be honored and this offer will not be able to be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
